For Sellers, Carolyn’s focused attention to detail and background in marketing and staging ensures that each property is carefully prepared and best presented to the marketplace. Her strong analytical skills help her effectively value properties and strategically price them to maximize return.

For Buyers, Carolyn carefully listens to the goals and wish-list of her clients to refine their custom home search to find the perfect match. Carolyn graduated from Amherst College and received her MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. She brings her commitment to excellence and personable approach to everything she does.

Carolyn lives in Belmont with her husband and three children. In her spare time, she enjoys oil painting and spending time with her family. She is active in the community and has served as the Vice President of Marketing for the Foundation for Belmont Education and PTO President.
